The Recuperation area comprises the entire third floor of the west wing of the Addermire Institute. When exiting the elevator, it is accessible via the doorway to the right. The patient area is infested with bloodflies.

- there is a rune inside the bloodfly nest nearest the entrance
- there are a number of Chloroform Bottles in the bathroom area immediately to the right of the entrance
- there are a number of bottles of Orbon Rum scattered about the area (handy for setting fire to the abundant bloodfly nests)
- there is a bonecharm inside the small room with the blocked door in the center of the patient area. That room is accessible from the Solarium area, by going through one of the old tanning capsules
